The first thing we do is look at where you have been and what you have done. From there we go through the process of ‘pulling out the gold’ and find your greatest accomplishments and strengths. Then we look at putting that into your resume and online profile. After that we cover interview tactics and also online career tools. Sessions can be purchased in hourly or packages of 5 hours.

Consistently improving one’s self is critical for job performance, career satisfaction, and personal development. Developing a plan or map of what you want to be doing can help guide you to that place of growth. I have a process to look at past positions and current responsibilities, and then map out possible future roles and the skill set needed for such growth. We also look at education needs, experience requirements, mentorship opportunities and networking advantages. Packages available for 1 hour or 5 hours
Business Mapping Session*
You have an idea, or many ideas. You think you have a good thing you can sell but need help putting it down on paper and figuring out who to sell to and how to set yourself apart.
Let’s map it out! We’ll start by putting your ideas down on a business canvas, focusing on your customer, the solution you offer and setting yourself apart. Then we’ll map out the customer profile and talk about how your product or service is the answer to your customer need. By the end you should have a sense of your differentiation, primary customer, and sales and cost structure.
This process works efficiently and gets you focused on launching the new idea faster. It should take around 90 minutes and you walk away with a map, future plans and clarity.
If you need a deeper dive into starting a new business or offering, we can look at a system for what you need to launch. There are 5 areas you need to consider which consist of your industry, legal requirements, marketing, the operations, and financial needs.
To assess this we can go through a combination of brainstorming and worksheets to get everything down on paper. This process is very condensed and provides a road map on how to move forward. At the end we can also create an action plan on how to move forward so you can proceed with clarity.
Total time commitment is 2 hours.
Business Profit Assessment*
Profit is what makes a business viable. It can be as simple as sales minus costs. But sometimes the details make it harder than it should be.
In this meeting we can look at your sales trends, cost structure and track cash flow. We start with the beginning cash on hand and factor in sales and what it costs to get them. Never figured this out before? I can provide an easy template to get you started and then you have it to manage the business life blood, cash flow.
2 hour commitment, and you get an easy to use worksheet to do past sales performance, sales projections, and understand cash flow.
